You asked for it and we heard you! You can now receive push notifications on your mobile devices. With this new feature you will always know what is happening at home.
Push what?
Push notifications are messages that you can send to your smartphone or tablet. These messages pop up instantly when something occurs in your home. This gives you near realtime updates of your home on as many mobile devices as you want. An alarm sounds when you are not at home or the batteries of a device are low? With these push notifications you will know everything anywhere!
Your home, your rules
You can easily manage the types of notifications you receive in your notification settings. With a flick of a switch you can choose to receive alarms, lifestyle changes or different kinds of product notifications.
Besides that, you can also create your own push notifications as part of Rules. Just select ‘Push notification’ as a rule output, type in a message and receive your own push-notification on your mobile phone! Click here to see how you can create push notifications.

Het is nu nog makkelijker om up-to-date te blijven over de ontwikkelingen in uw huis. Binnen BeNext is het namelijk nu mogelijk om pushberichten op uw smartphone en tablet te ontvangen.
Push wat?
Pushberichten zijn speciale meldingen voor uw smartphone of tablet. Wanneer er iets gebeurt binnen uw huis ontvangt u vrijwel direct een pushbericht op uw telefoon. Dit zorgt ervoor dat u altijd up-to-date blijft op wat er gebeurt binnen uw huis. Gaat er een alarm af terwijl u niet thuis bent of zijn de batterijen van een product leeg? Met deze pushberichten blijft u altijd overal van op de hoogte!
Uw huis, uw regels
U kunt de verschillende berichten die u ontvangt makkelijk beheren onder uw berichtinstellingen. Met simpele vinkjes kunt u kiezen of u alarm-, lifestyle- of product-gerelateerde berichten wilt ontvangen.
Daarnaast kunt u, door middel van Regels aan te maken, zelf instellen wanneer u welk pushbericht wilt ontvangen.
Kies bij het aanmaken van een regel ‘Pushbericht’ als output, typ een melding en ontvang uw zelf ingestelde push-bericht op uw telefoon! Bekijk hier hoe u een pushbericht kunt aanmaken.

Current energy usage
You have always been able to view your historical energy usage in our app. With the latest update of the app, you can now also view your current total usage. Next to your total usage, it also gives insight into your generated and your returned energy. This enables you to monitor your home even more tightly than before!
Try it! Go to the “Energy” item in your freshly updated app and directly see the impact of a device on your system.

Thermostat control
We’re nearly there! With the new BeNext Heating Control you will be able to control your thermostat from any place you want. Keep your home at the right temperature, prevent unnecessary usage and directly save money on your utility bill.
Push notifications
With the upcoming push notifications you will be informed of changes to your account directly on your smartphone. Good to know: You will be able to make your own notifications through the rules. This way, you will be able to exactly decide when and what kind of notifications you will receive.

Huidig energieverbruik
U heeft altijd al met de app uw historisch verbruik kunnen inzien. Met de laatste update van de app kunt u nu ook uw totale verbruik van dit moment inzien. Daarnaast is ook de energie die u opwekt en hoeveel energie u teruglevert beschikbaar in hetzelfde overzicht. Op deze manier kunt u uw energieverbruik nog scherper in de gaten houden!
Probeer het nu! Ga met de laatste update van de app naar het kopje “Energie” en zie direct hoe er u op dit moment voor staat.

Thermostaat besturing
Het is bijna zover! Met de Heating Control van BeNext kunt u uw thermostaat op afstand bedienen. Zorg dat uw huis altijd de juiste temperatuur heeft en voorkom daarnaast onnodig verbruik en bespaar daardoor direct op uw energierekening.
Push berichten
Met de nieuwe push berichten die u op uw telefoon zal ontvangen bent u voortaan nog sneller op de hoogte van veranderingen binnen uw account. Handig aan deze nieuwe functie: U kunt straks uw eigen push berichten aanmaken via de rules. Zo kunt u precies instellen wanneer en wat voor notificaties u ontvangt.

- Stap 1: Login Ga naar www.benext.eu en klik op Login. Als u nog geen account heeft klikt u op ‘Nieuw account’ en maakt u een persoonlijk account aan.
- Stap 2: Installeer de Gateway Als u aangemeld bent volgt u de instructies die u op het scherm te zien krijgt om uw Gateway te installeren.
- Stap 3: Producten installeren Installeer andere producten via Setup -> Installeer.
- Stap 4: Regels & instellingen Maak uw eigen Regels aan bij Setup -> Regels en automatiseer uw systeem.
- Stap 5: Bestuur & monitor Bestuur en monitor uw producten bij de tab ‘Live’. De websites en de App zijn gratis beschikbaar.
